SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover text messages sent by ScaleLayer AI LLC ("ScaleLayer," "we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program name and description

ScaleLayer Text Program. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, when you text us, book a call, or fill out a form on our site), we may text you about your inquiry, bookings and reminders, onboarding, support, and occasional updates about our services. Some messages may be sent or answered by our AI assistant, and a member of the ScaleLayer team may also join the conversation.

Texts that a ScaleLayer client sends to its own customers through our platform are that business's program. They're covered by that business's terms, not these.

2. How to opt in

  • Text us at a ScaleLayer number shown on our site, or
  • Check the SMS consent box or give your mobile number with consent on a ScaleLayer form or booking page.

Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of buying anything from ScaleLayer.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation, bookings, and account activity.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to stop and get help

  • Stop: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out, and then we'll stop. You can also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as emailing us.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, email hello@scalelayer.ai, or call 629-265-0069.
  • Rejoin: After opting out, you can reply START to rejoin.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

7. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, text-messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver the texting program (for example, our messaging and CRM platforms), and only for that purpose. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and message content, including AI processing.

8. AI disclosure

Some of our messages are generated by an AI assistant, not a person. AI replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. Don't send sensitive information such as health details, financial account numbers, or Social Security numbers by text.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. We'll post changes here and update the date above.
